I went in to find out about paint for a set of shelves I'm repainting. An employee named Ryan was remarkably helpful. He asked questions about my color scheme, listened as I told him about the advice I had already received. He took the time to show me the smaller containers of paint that will make my project easier. I can't waitbto get started.

I love this place! They're a *little* more expensive than some places, but they often have great sales that are worth a wander inside. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always bend over backwards to answer any questions I might have and their recommendations have all been spot on. Updated 4/7/22: Sutherland's is still AWESOME!

Bud & Leah went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Seriously give these two a raise!!! A separate day - John helped me locate a power cord that was appropriate and perfect for my needs. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable I really appreciated how he went out of his way to help me find what I needed thank you so much!!! He also is an employee that’s helped me multiple times. This is probably the best Sutherland’s to go to because the employees typically go out of their way to help. Raises all around!!! Max also went to the other end of the store for me to get me a cart. I’m disabled & didn’t think I’d be grabbing salt bags while I was here but ended up finding the right type & he was gracious to help me get a cart when he really didn’t have to, he was just being straight up kind! Very caring people. I hope their minimum wage is bare minimum $15 starting out because I’ve never experienced employees so willing to help. I hope they’re taken care of the way they take care of their customers!!! David L also saw me struggling to lift something & came right in to help me! What a great team this store has!!! Wayne & Lisia helped me find putty & tools for fixing my wall!!!
