great store, very friendly staff. the guy at the water test station is very knowledgeable, helped me to recover from very cloudy water in my pool with minimum spending, it is my favorite store to go to for all pool things.

Avoid the Brick location, they messed up our order and sent the pool to the wrong store to be picked up, then told us to upgrade to the next size for an additional $151 if we wanted to bring home the pool today or have it delivered at a later date. We do not live at the address the pool is being installed, which is why we opted to pick it up since we cant accept the delivery and already had contractors coming to set it up Monday. The employees were rude and told us to pay the upgrade or they can refund the entire order, they were not eating the upgrade fee because "it was already on sale when you bought it, how much of a discount do you want? " We didn't want a discount, we wanted to pick up the pool we paid for, it was YOUR mistake to send it to the incorrect store. We were told we cannot speak to a manger because Dino is the only one they answer to, and he's not accessible to the public, (something like the pool godfather I suppose?) they stated they spoke to him and he said those were the options take it or leave it, and they had other customers to tend to. Customer service at this location is disgusting, not even an apology for messing up the entire order. Not that I particularly want to give this company any more of my money, but the Manahawkin employees are and always have been kind and helpful! If you must go here its worth the drive to the Manahawkin location No photo to add, because they didn't have our pool!
