Not exactly sure ....but very pricey
They only rent tuxedos for men.
You pay the dress in full when ordering it. The dress's arrival depends on the dress. My wedding dress took 3 weeks and my bridesmaid dress took 2 weeks.
Take it back to the store and I'm sure they will fix the problem.
