If you are expecting a heated pool, skip this hotel! Staff all have a different story as to why the pool isn’t heated enough to swim in. To prevent algae? The outside temperature effects the pool temperature? Just admit that you are told by corporate not to heat the pool. Other reviews from quite a while ago, mention how nice the pool is. New owner? On a positive note, the breakfast was nice and the lovely woman who serves it during the week is a treasure!

We had a fabulous experience at this hotel. My husband wasn't feeling well when we got into town, and they let us check in early. The room was large, clean, bright and airy. I didn't want to leave! I will stay there from now on whenever I come to Wauwatosa to visit family.

First off arrived to the room and it smelled like urine. Second, the room was at 75 degrees and despite our best efforts, we could not get the temp down which resulted in a horrible nights sleep because it was so hot. The window only opens a couple of inches. We turned the furnace down to 63 but the heat still kept coming. Third, went down to breakfast to discover very few options combined with the fewest options I have ever seen at a hotel breakfast Not sure what I’m paying $250 a night for!

Even though they were totally booked this hotel managed to deliver. Are excellent bag lunch breakfast a shuttle directly to Irish fest from the hotel and amenities such as a pool and a fire pitch yesterday's pitch with socializing area surrounding it. The room's had lots of features features that made us feel right at home. The kitchenette and small living area, Efficiency's style, was rather cool compared to a regular hotel room. We definitely will return! Loved the bathrooms too--very modern and upscale
