I haven't been to Wendy's in months and now I know why.... the service SUCKED! Some guy was in there flirting with his coworker, and couldn't concentrate AT ALL! You can't go inside anymore, which I can't understand why... The fries were old and cold, so was my spicy chicken sandwich... Overall the food quality has gone drastically downhill.. I know Dave is probably rolling in his grave right now... oh and the new strawberry frosty is OVERRATED! 6.20.22 After 5pm

Once pulled up to the drive-through with only five cars in it and waited 30 minutes total. Times it and everything. Went again at 8:30pm and they said they were only taking Uber seats and DoorDash orders

Ordered online half hour ahead of time and was sent an email "just click 'I'm here' and we will have your order brought out". Did this and waited 10 minutes while multiple people tried going into the building (says dine in available online, but doors were locked). Drive through was 15 cars deep by this time. Called and was told "We do not have a curbside, I don't know where you got your information from!" Very poor service and extremely rude. Will not be coming back to this Wendy's again.

I had a whole long review written for this place but it is beyond the character limit. In short, this place has absolutely toxic staff and performs consistently horrible service and food wise. Under no circumstance would I continue to bring this place my business, and I sincerely hope that with how horrible staff treats customers and how terrible management is, that this location goes out of business. Do not go here. Takes forever to get food, rude and downright mean staff unwilling to do their jobs, often missing parts of orders, food is always cold and stale, sloppily assembled, and billing errors are commonplace. Nothing positive.
