Do not trust! I requested KeyMe Locksmith services last night after hours, a tech came, opened the door quickly and charged me $220. I paid him in cash and thought everything was OK until this morning when I received a receipt via sms for $120, NOT $220. The tech charged $100 more than what he was supposed to and there is no way KeyMe can have control over that. The techs can charge you as much as they want and since you need the service you will just pay. I contacted KeyMe this morning, they confirmed it should had been $120, said they would reach out to tech and call me back and NEVER DID. This is very frustrating!

Very convenient to be able to get the key made at my local supermarket. The key came out with some filings on it that I had to scrape off, which was easy. They key works well, mostly. For some reason, it is very difficult to remove it from the two locks it fits.

Keys cut by the machine do not work. They refund you but is a waste of time. Don't bother.
