Stole my $50 deposit because I was running late for an appointment and they don’t answer the phone. I could not get through to them on the phone to let them know I was running late. I called three times and got the voicemail each time. If I actually was there on time I would have still been considered late since no one was answering the phone. They make call first and tell you that you can not just walk in. Covid restrictions have been lifted for over a year, yet they are still taking advantage of restricting their customers from entering the building. They refused to see me when I got there and basically cancelled my appointment. The woman on the phone was not nice and brash. Basically if I was there on time I would have still been considered late because of their policies to call first and their inability to answer the phone. Very unprofessional, archaic policies, and not compassionate, I would not recommend.

I took my cat there for much of his life and always received very good service. When my cat became very sick, their compassion and professionalism was a great source of comfort. My cat needed specialized care that they couldn't provide, but they were very helpful in referring me to specialists who could give us what we needed, and remained very attentive and active even as I was working with other veterinarians. I wish my own doctors had this level of coordination and organization. Sadly, I ultimately needed to say goodbye to my cat, and they showed us a lot of care and kindness when that time came. I highly recommend them, and will happily return to them if I adopt other pets.
