There are uprooted thick tree vines along the path.The path can be difficult if not wearing proper foot wear. Definitely not a flat path at all.

And only when the park is actually open. Half the year, you can park at the park entrance and hike but the gate there isn't wheelchair accessible.

No fires, there are bbq grills (charcoal only) for the summer but definitely no fires otherwise. Not even really ideal for camping either.
