If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT buy anything here. We are still waiting on bedroom furniture that we were told would be delivered 6 months ago. Their customer service is abysmal, no one gets in touch with you about the status of the furniture and when you call or visit asking about it, they keep promising delivery but never follow through.

Ordered our sofa in April and were promised at the time 12 weeks to delivery. We are a little over a month outside of that time with no communication initiated by Klaussner at all. I have called multiple times for a status update and was most recently told this Monday that I would be called by Wednesday to schedule delivery for next week. It’s Friday. No call. When I ask what the deal was the gentleman said “well some people are waiting a year plus for their items”. Ok, and? We weren’t told it would be a year, we were told it would be 12 weeks. Of course we paid 50% up front and based on the other reviews there’s no way we’ll be able to get our money back. We were eyeing a table by them initially but due to the lack of communication, I will never purchase another item from them again. I do not recommend. Update: I received a call back from the same gentleman and he said “I told you on Monday that we would call next week to schedule delivery”. This is not what he said on Monday (see above). There is zero accountability at this company. And since you pay up front you are a captive audience.
