This is our second time working with Chris at the Raleigh location. He was extremely knowledgeable each time and helped us pick the perfect furniture for our new home! We’ll definitely be back again soon!

My Rooms to Go - Glenwood Raleigh buying experience was exceptional from the moment we entered the store to the conclusion of the delivery. Salesman Victor Kimsey is a gifted mixture of personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products and delivery process. The furniture is attractive and well built and was delivered within 7 days. We ordered the wrong box spring and Mr. Kimsey helped us correct the mistake at no added cost. Sill more impressive, Rooms to Go did not require us to grab the bungee cords and haul our box spring back to Raleigh to do the switch out. They delivered the correct box spring and picked up the mistake at no extra costs to us. Many companies talk about valuing their customers but RTG showed their value of our family through their actions.

Shout out to Mr. LA for great customer service!!!! I walked in he was there and didn't bother me while I was looking. He showed great concern about what quality of furniture, comfortably, durable I needed. Pushed for manager to cut deal interest free payments low. So please when you go in ask for him tellem Ms. Toya sent you. He's an amazing person. Thanks again. PSA Furnished 2 rooms in my home and will be back for the rest of house and only I mean only dealing with LA👍 PERIOD.

Yes I agree this is true. We purchased a sofa love seat and the sofa was damaged we contacted them immediately and they said that it would be replaced we'll waited around for the replacement we picked another set that was more expensive thinking if we paid more we'll get a better one.The second set the love seat recliner had a Box cutter slice on the very bottom of the it and now we're waiting for it to be replaced. Hopefully before we get another bedroom set that we ordered from them we will post all pictures and updated reviews.
Yes
No they don't remove old furniture. You can donate it to Habat for Humanity
I don't be live they offer disposal service any more if you think there's more life in the old furniture call salvation army if not your local city waste should have a 1 time curb side service for free..good luck!
The process is the same as any other store credit application. Name, income, address, possible cosigner, etc.. Then they will process it, give you a limit to shop with. And they will let know the payments, and payment plans possible once you pick out your package. Hope that helps!
