Smallest Cargill, yet! If your checked in by 8PM great, if not just park Rig and arrive at appointed time, no early unload here! DO NOT MISS ENTRY, it is by the employee entrance sign (That has a huge sign) very small guard shack 1 small gate RIGHT BETWEEN EMPLOYEE PARKING LOTS. One way in and out. Hope this helps. Got unloaded 1.5 hours. Pull up to the bumper dock crew will do the rest. Guard and dock crew are helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Cargill!!

Extremely tight. No way to contact to see if they are ready for you to load or unload. Waited for 5 hours to unload. Blocked in for another 30 minutes waiting for tanker to unload and move so I was able to leave facility. They will throw their broken pallets into your truck so you have to find a place to dispose of them. Facility smells like sewage. They do not like it when your broker contacts them about unloading and will run forklifts in and out of trailer at high speeds and cause damage. Lower your landing gear to prevent damage from negligence cause they will not pay for repairs.

I worked in shipping department at Cargill and was making 18. Maintenance crew makes 20+. Several people who have been there for years make over 16. Nobody makes 10 the lowest paid person there starts at 13.00 or 13.50 depending on day or night shift. Also it ALWAYS goes up a dollar an hour after 90 days. If you don't know what you're saying don't answer bud.

Pay never increases. Don't give any increases except to big wigs. Supported big wigs not single mom who was struggling.
