The food is always good, it’s the service. I was trying to call in a to-go order because I had my 2 year old with me and didn’t want to wait if I didn’t need to. I called a minimum of 6 times and could not get anyone on the phone. I’m thinking they must be busy, however, when we arrived they were not. I was also disappointed that staff did not greet me or direct me to where to place my takeout order. I had to deliberately ask for directions and who was going to take my order.

I don't see how it could be it is way too tasty and good to be forbidden.
Hear you or understand English? I've called in before and the language barrier makes it tough to order over the phone. I just go there and enjoy the atmosphere.
