Find somewhere else….unless you want to be out of a mower all season. 2 months after I dropped it off, they just now finally have the correct wiring harness ordered. Should have the mower back in another 3 weeks. Almost 3 months total. Spent the 1st month to month and half being “next in line” and having only “one person ahead” of me every single week when I called. And that was just to look at the mower and tell me what was wrong with it. They say they received the incorrect wiring harness, which could be true. But wonder how much time we would’ve saved if we could’ve diagnosed the issue within the first week, rather than a month or so later?
