Went to the Hope Mills location to send out Christmas packages... No line, EXCELLENT customer service, repackaged my items so they could SAVE ME MONEY?! What?! This will be my new go-to place for all my mailing and shipping needs. Great place, great people!!

This place has lost three of my husband packages. It's really a joke. The lady that keeps messing up still has a job but yet he's out of money for lost products.
