I have 3 missing packages right now!! The mail person put the wrong locker key in my mailbox and when I put the key back in my box with a note saying the key was wrong, they never put the correct key to replace the wrong one!! On top of that, I had two Amazon orders delivered the next day and there was no key, but my Alexa said they were delivered to my mailbox!! I just checked again today, NOTHING!!! I had to file three claims last night for all three missing packages!! At this point im nervous that someone stole my stuff, this is ridiculous!! One of my Amazon orders contains gummy vitamins, and it’s been sitting in a box now for over 3 days! I want my stuff!!!😡😡😡

Slow and erratic mail delivery. Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. Mail might be delivered at night or not at all. Major issue with package delivery!

This is the 3rd time “ Attempted delivery package on hold at postal location” I work from home, I’m always home and there has been no attempt to deliver.. Hire better people hope mills usp, and for the ones lying on Their route, You knew what you signed up for when you Applied for the job, if u can’t handle it step down, easy.. how many people have to complain before the post master takes action or should we start Contacting higher Administration? Louis DeJoy the Postmaster general maybe he can get to the bottom of this, because I see I’m not the only one having this problem…
