Friendly and helpful staff in service and parts departments. Above and beyond the call of duty.

UPDATE 9-2-22: Camping World reconsidered the situation and allowed us to come back to the store again (30 minutes drive) and return the device given that they sold it to us without the necessary instructions. Glad they accepted the return, but it's a shame that we needed to post a review to get the situation handled. ORIGINAL REVIEW 8-26-22: Bought a King wifi extender for $350, but it did not come with instructions. When we got back from camping, we tried to return it. The store manager told us it was on Clearance, and he would not refund or exchange the item. He stated that the return policy is on the receipt and on a sticker on the counter and that he reads all of his receipts before he signs them. Really??? Then he told us he could look up the instructions for us, but then realized that he couldn't find them online either and gave us the manufacturers phone number. I expect better customer service from Camping World. They dropped the ball THREE ways. They failed to inform us the equipment could not be returned, they sold us an item without all the necessary and included materials, and they wouldn't even exchange it for store credit as the least they could do.

The people are so nice and go the extra mile to make you happy. We bought a Class A Motorcoach and got an awesome deal!! We love it!

My boyfriend and I bought a camper in mid-May. There was a glitch with the backup camera and we were told it would be a few weeks before we got the backup camera, which we paid over $500 I believe. Not to mention all the other problems and horrible customer service we experienced. It’s September and we still do not have the camera. Not to mention we’ve camped as rookies many times now without the backup camera! Joe left a negative review 3 weeks ago. We were almost immediately contacted by corporate and promised that the manager of the Raleigh store would contact us the next day. Charles did call and left a message. We’ve called back FIVE TIMES and left a message every time. Charles has never returned our call. He’s always in a meeting or unavailable. I’d strongly suggest just going somewhere else to buy a camper. We plan to upgrade our camper in about two years and it DEFINITELY WILL NOT be done with Camping World!

Wear a mask and try to stay 6' apart . also hand sanitizer is available do not know if they sanitize between clients.
I had some things done to mine when i bought it used. I was happy. The service manager was helpful. The tech I had was a lady who not only new what she was doing but answered my questions. I would take it back for service again.
We have traded an old camper for a deluxe model and the service was ber undesirable. We've taken it back 3 or 4 times and it's still not right.
Your best bet is to call direct . Also make sure they have them in stock or can hold them for you until you can get there. Good luck!
If you bought it there and there's problems, I would surely try to return it to have it made right. If it was bought as is, you could try to negotiate a repair. If you have a warranty or it is within a certain time frame, you should have other options. Good luck.
I was there with Ed Spafford
They do and it'll be cheaper through Amazon
Find a different place to get it serviced. Not a fan of that place
With cable witch is connected already to your rv
It's an RV dealer don't buy from them. Bad service department.
Yes they do! 1K
All of your questions would be better addressed by the company and not the public, what type of entry fee or cost for parking are you asking? RVs these days come with solar hook up but the panels are purchased separately. Every manufacturer has a different warranty and they carry almost all brands. I'm sure you can purchase an extended warranty through them after your purchase. Not sure how helpful this was but hopefully it helps you a little.

I have had to wait weeks for parts on my RV. They say they can order it, but ask them how long of a wait. Good luck.
You do realize that this forum is not a direct line to Camping World.
I am sure you should be able to get pretty close.
Yes
All new RV's come with a manufacturers warranty. Some up to even 3 years! We purchased a new travel trailer last year. They told us to write down any issues we may have, and return within 90 days for it's initial "shake down inspection". They took care of all of them, all covered by manufactures warranty. Just be prepared to be out of your camper for a while. We waited about three months, not particularly Camping World's fault, just the parts we were waiting for took some time to get, then the install.
Call the Service Department I'm sure they will be able to help. The truck side may require a trip to an automotive shop, otherwise they can help with anything else. Best thing to do is call. 😀
