I didn’t actually go to the appointment as I work a full time job. The tech was awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. I would suggest to have some weekend hours for those of us who work M-F 9-5 and kinda depend on our jobs to pay our bills and pay for this service. It’s hard enough to deal with this inconvenience but to have to take time off of work to do so makes it much harder to deal with. I realize we put ourselves in this situation but a little give would be nice seeing as this costs us money every month, is also a HUGE inconvenience and we also have had to take time off for court dates, community service and other such theatric’s. It’s seriously about how much money they (not smart start) can get out of us. I appreciate this service as without it I won’t get my license back, but I also think it’s more of a monetary demand not necessarily a teaching moment. I know I did something wrong but a reminder every month and the loss of pay from my job to go every month for calibration seems a bit much. I can only imagine what happens when you can’t afford to pay the price every month. Good Luck to you all, hopefully we all make it out of this better people and not totally broke.

Great service. Make sure u schedule the first appointment in the morning. Arrive on time. This location in garner has great tech that knows what he is doing.

Probably not. The DNV doesn't care if your kids don't eat or you can't go to work. Best con game I have ever seen.
A 96 hour timer will start on your device after missed appt. . You will till the timer is up to go in. Friday will be fine
