Very bad and rude people I talked to, the other thing is I ordered two acoustic audio surround sounds, off of them and all they can do for me is the product back and just give me a refund. They would do no more for me with 2 of them going bad now. I will not order off of Amazon again after how I have been treated, nothing hooked up and still the subwoofer makes a low bomb sound with nothing hooked up.

I been working at here for 10 months. It's easy work, management at least the one's I've spoken with are usually nice and helpful but I don't like that if your UPT time Unpaid Time Off get less than 10 hours they make it hard for you take off or leave early if an emergency happens. You barely get any UPT time 25-42 minutes a week. They stop PTO every year in May and it comes back in January. They only give a 25 cent raise every 18 months and it's $16.25 if you stay for 2 years. It's 10 hour shifts not 12 hour shift. During Peak season which is after Thanksgiving it's 11 hour shift 30 minutes before and after your shift. It's a easy job to get on with no interviews.

There is a recruitment office at the front of the building. They do walk up applications. Also there is a banner on the ftont with a number to text to apply.
No it is not they have so much you have to do just to go to work and when you start they do not have good training and they don't have a handle on what to do.

The site is not live yet and is not under amazon control. It is still being managed by the general contractor for 3 or 4 more weeks. The Contractor trailer is located to the far right side of the parking lot near the truck entrance. You should speak with someone in there until the site control changes hands

My suggestion is to check the distribution centers in the Raleigh Durham areas. They can give you the best guidance.
It depends on the item type, the buildings are designed to hold different products, example places with makeup jewelry and phones won't sell furniture and places that sell drain cleaner won't sell food.

Lunch box size does not matter. They have many refergrators. If you can get a clear lunch box you will not have to go through security when leaving the building as in for them to look inside of it.
Flex doesn't just deliver for Fresh. They do Prime Now deliveries, and they do package delivery as well. Right now, only the Durham distribution centers and the one in Morrisville are available. Garner should be as well.

Go to A to Z and next to the place where you put in your schedule choice there is a tab called Transfer Opportunities. Click on that and scroll down to RDU1. You can start bidding on a transfer spot from the first to the 25th day of every month. Bids close on the 25th and invites go out on the first of the next month. You will see what positions are needed on the transfer portal site.
I don't know exactly where at Amazon Garner you can go up there and ask if you're in the area but the best I would think would be amazon.com and put the area that you would want to work at I don't know if that helps or not
