The Ascend website boasts that you can talk with their “budtenders” for recommendations and knowledge. Having never used cannabis, and having had others recommend I go to dispensary with my questions, that is what I was expecting to do. That is not what happened. You’re required to order ahead of time, but because there is no indication to do so, I didn’t know. The “budtender” was rude and passive aggressive when I asked for recommendations and hadn’t ordered, brought me to a kiosk after I had waited in line 45 minutes, told me to let him know if I had any questions, then left to ring others. Not sure how I get my questions answered when you’re busy on the other side of the room. The only reason I showed up and waited so long is because I thought I’d be getting help from experts, not treated as a nuisance because I didn’t know what I was doing. I left without purchasing because I didn’t know where to start. Absolutely not what I expected, can’t say I recommend.

They never have your preorder and it can take 45 minutes plus to get through the line. Tons of better and cheaper options out there.

Recreational anyone with picture id of age can go without a medical card
Yes ,but the last time I checked it came from Needham but I believe that they are delivering from the Boston location. Goggle them on maps and choose the Boston location on the website
I'm a fairly regular customer there and I have not run into any of these issues. Always good product and friendly service.
I don't believe any MA dispensaries sell any seeds, clones, etc. Best bet is online.
I think they do medical? But it's definitely aimed a little more towards the recreational crowd.
