about a disappointing service that has ever been used. The response to phone calls is non-existent. There is no commitment to delivering the contracted service, They will take your money and tell you "Sorry".... Have dropped them immediately and I don't care if I have to pay more.

As far as I'm aware of you have to take it to them and unload. As of removal they bring a dumpster out you fill it and they pick it up. Depending on size of Dumpster depend on rate.
