Scheduling between the Specialty Clinic and Hedrick Family Care is practically non existent. After calling back and forth all day to get scheduling one says they don't have the order, the other days they do. They need to actually speak to each other. Very frustrating!

This is one of the worst experiences I have had! Sad It is the only Hospital and clinic in the area! Doctors just don't care and only want to hear that's wrong 1 thing each visit, had to wait 1 month to see DR second time with broken arm. Don't tell me to talk to supervisors, I did! Did not make any difference! Just want money, don't care about people! Sad!

Forgot to replace a piece of my cpap before traveling. Needless to say, didn’t sleep a wink. Went in looking if they would sell me the piece I forgot or sell me a whole mask. Can’t. If they use them, they have to throw them away. You can’t let me walk out the door with it? They don’t allow that. Huh? So they have masks but won’t sell/give me one. I am suffering here. Won’t help me.

Horrible! I went in for my Well Woman's visit. I was told that one thing wasn't covered by my insurance when I asked how much it'd be they wouldn't give me a figure, and just said expensive, so I didn't get it done. On my way out I asked about copay and was told my insurance would cover my entire visit. I had a letter sent from my insurance within the month saying I owed them $$$'s for my visit which was not actually covered. I called them to get it sorted, they told me they'd have to get in touch with everyone and would reach out to me the next day. The next day I reached out to them and they said it could be a month. A month later I never heard back, just had to pay the insurance. They have no idea what they're doing. Never going back.
