This is definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in C-town. It gives off a higher class vibe than other places. And the food was fantastic! I ordered my usual (ma po tofu) and told them to make it spicy. It was on point. I'll have to remember that when eating at other C-town places. If I don't order it spicy, and they see that I'm Caucasian, they make it bland as all get out. It's happened 4 times already, so it's not just coincidental.

Yes they have a menu and the presentation is clean unlike many of the other places i went while down their. The servers were aware and able to explain what they could make gluten free

Its super clean and the tables have plastic dividers.
Each hotpot comes with 2 different kinds of broth separated by a divider so you could get one that pleases the table and one for you only. Or, they also have tables with 2 tabletop stoves for 2 hotpots so you could potentially have 4 different types of broth on one table, and I suppose you could keep one of the hotpots to yourself. The hotpots require the stove, though, so it's going to be in the middle of the table no matter what.
They do offer sushi, and there are a few options that are vegetarian friendly. As for the hotpot itselt, there is a vegetarian broth and you can order a la carte all the veggies you want.
Our saturday experience was around 19.30 and had to wait for 30 minutes. but it is worth waiting ;)
No reservations but you can call 30 minutes in advance to get on the waitlist.
