Got a Cervelo S5 from them. Only shop in the bay area that had stock. Purchased online and picked up from the Walnut creek store. The store rivals luxury car dealerships. The salesperson was very helpful and took their time to walk me through all the details and fit me in for a perfect ride. They also tuned some stuff on the spot. As if they read my mind, 11 months later, I get an email from them checking in on my experience with the bike and preemptively offering servicing options. I forgot to reach out to them about some tuning needs but this email got the process started. R&A cycle definitely got a lifetime customer. Keep it up! Stellar service and wholeheartedly recommend this team to handle your next bike purchase.

After contacting dozens of shops in the Bay Area and being turned down to have a clear matte ride wrap protection installed on the fork of my bike, R&A Cycles offered to get it done. Turned out nice with little to no bubbles which cleared once I left the bike exposed to some sun. Great customer service, knowledgeable/experienced staff/riders, quick turn around on service and facility is state of the art. This place is like a Toys”R”Us for everything bikes.

I just got back from R&A Cycles, after a safety/check up for my brand new e-bike. Everyone was super nice and the bike mechanic explained things to me in a clear and straightforward way. I didn't feel judged for my entry-level online purchase or for being an older, casual rider (although I am clearly not their target customer). I also appreciate their reasonable rates and the fact that they were willing to help me at all - many shops in the area wouldn't.
