I was just over at Trinity Cycles 2058 Chapel Hill Rd # B, Burlington, NC today (Dec 18, 21) to pick up my 2013 Tao scooter. I got a call Friday that it was ready to go. But it turns out it wasn't fixed and would barely run. Steve Nunn told me to ride it 10 to 20 miles and it might straighten out. So I was riding toward Graham and it cut off with me. When it cut off I would wait a while and then try it again to get it to run (I did this several times) until I finally made it home. When I went over there this morning it should have been fixed, or they should not have called me until it was running right. I wasted my money. I am very disappointed. It seems like Steve just doesn't care.

They have a new guy there that really is awesome! He knows what he's doing. Highly recommend them for service and repairs now.
Steve is a lying crook and makes his living by ripping people off. I wanted my scooter fixed, not BS excuses. It should have been running right Saturday morning when I came to get it, but it wasn't. I will never trust him again.
