It’s hit or miss… As far as the customer service goes with the primary, and actually the only lady that I’ve seen there. My recent experience of her knocking my box down to show me a priority one was a bit irritating. She didn’t apologize and I can only assume that she “didn’t know” that the reason I bent down was to pick my stuff up. But I only went here because it was convenient and an urgent matter.

I love this post office. The lady that is there majority of the time is very friendly, professional and helpful. She works very hard by herself everyday. He is a"Gem" to your organization.

Ms. Sharon at the front desk was so welcoming and patient. I recently had several large envelopes to mail off and she took her time to make sure my stamps were correct and had no issues with helping me with the ones that needed additional postage. I really enjoyed my experience and prefer this post office now compared to Haw River which was very unpleasant.
