Nice company to rent from if they have anything available

I have rented from the twice. I have never had an issue. They don't hassle you about rent money. They just charge a dollar Per day ( not since COVID) after the 5th of the month. Ready to move again, but don't want to have to deal with a different landlord. Hopefully something comes up.

I rented a house from them from January 2008 to June 2012 and I never had an issue. I paid my rent on time, never late once. They always fixed something when I told them about it. I would rent from them again.
