I have to give a shout out to Jessica Fox, our water aerobics instructor. This class means everything to me. I take it very seriously! After my first class with Jessica Fox, I was hooked. 3 years ago, I had a bacterial infection from a dental procedure. I was in the hospital for a week. I had brain meningitis, sepsis and a spinal infection. I lost over 20 pounds. I haven’t been able to get my weight back up. However, taking Jessica‘s class has given me more than than just exercise. I love her drive, compassion and meeting people where they are. You can’t ask for a better instructor! She is my “She”ro (Hero)! Cheryl (Baby)

I love to line dance. The line dance instructor is very well organized. She works with beginners step by step. Even her advanced classes she still instructs them step by step while dancing. The teacher's name is Filashia. She is an excellent teacher and we have so much fun in her class.

Pool is open all days from opening to right before closing unless there is bad weather or unforeseeable reasons. They close daily from 12-3 for cleaning
They have workout classes like exercise specific for older adults such as chair yoga and a select few of other options

No. They're not. They had a sign posted on the front door yesterday that said they'd be closed. It said that the Y downtown would be open though.

No you don't have to be a member. You can pay for a day pass for $10.00. Youth are $5.00.
