I brought my 2011 Subaru in for an oil change and asked Bill if they could look the car over and recommend any services that would be necessary in the near future. Bill carefully reviewed a folder full of service records, and took the time to explain that the work previously done on the car was in line with factory recommendations. He discussed tire replacement options, and noted that the car was in need of an alignment. He recommended the shop next door for this service, and I have been pleased with the work they have done. He also explained the life cycle of a transmission unit (very helpful to a car maintenance novice like me) as it pertained to my car, giving me an idea of work that may need to be done in the future.
