One of my friends told me Johnson provides best service and very reasonable price that's why I brought my car here. My car's suspension had a rattling noise, the first time they checked it and said problem has fixed, the screws were tightened and the car was in very good condition.I paid for the fix.And the invoice showing if the problem happen again recommend replacing shocks from after market to Lexus OEM. Unfortunately two days later the suspension started making annoying noises again. So I went to Johnson to fix my car again.After long waiting ,The service advisor give me the quote for replacing shocks over $700,which I couldn't afford for now.I decided fix it later.But they want me pay $184.9 diagnostic fee which I already know the issue during my first visit and paid labor fee.After argue with them, they still let me pay $134,I paid and left. I am so confused now, why they have to let me pay diagnostic charge for the issue we already known. Johnson Lexus, I want a refund. I got nothing for my $134.

Brent Huntley was our salesman. He was very patient and professional and guided us along the way as we were living out of state. I was looking to sell a car for the first time and went through KBB to get offers from nearby dealers, yet right after I started the process, something came up and I needed to use the car for a few weeks. Ivy had reached out to me and was beyond friendly, understanding, and inviting. She remembered to check in on me after I told her I needed time with the car even though I had completely forgotten by the time she reached back out. She was available and present for me unlike any other dealership I tried to contact and made the whole process feel like it'd be a breeze, which was a relief for me. Even though I ended up selling the car to a family member who was considering the car during this time, I'd still highly recommend working with Ivy for how she went above and beyond.

I'm sorry for your loss Ingrid. Report it to your local police department THEN report it to your car insurance agency. Pray. You could also ask to speak with the General Manager of your local Lexus dealership to see what their policies are on recognizing stolen cars, etc.

In addition to enhanced professional cleaning protocols we have taken the following steps: Installed hand sanitizers throughout our dealerships Conducting regular, extra disinfecting of all highly touched surfaces Any employee coming into contact with guests' vehicles will wear gloves All guests' vehicles will have plastic seat cover, steering wheel cover and paper floor mat installed Our employees that have recently traveled have been placed under 14 day minimum self-quarantine and will follow CDC guidelines before returning to the workplace

We had an accident with our lexus es350 2018 model (driver side rear door, rear lights and back bumper). The car drives fine, but needs to be checked out, and does need body work etc. Do you do that kind of work, or recommend someone? Thanks.
