One of my friends told me Johnson provides best service and very reasonable price that's why I brought my car here. My car's suspension had a rattling noise, the first time they checked it and said problem has fixed, the screws were tightened and the car was in very good condition.I paid for the fix.And the invoice showing if the problem happen again recommend replacing shocks from after market to Lexus OEM. Unfortunately two days later the suspension started making annoying noises again. So I went to Johnson to fix my car again.After long waiting ,The service advisor give me the quote for replacing shocks over $700,which I couldn't afford for now.I decided fix it later.But they want me pay $184.9 diagnostic fee which I already know the issue during my first visit and paid labor fee.After argue with them, they still let me pay $134,I paid and left. I am so confused now, why they have to let me pay diagnostic charge for the issue we already known. Johnson Lexus, I want a refund. I got nothing for my $134.

I was looking to sell a car for the first time and went through KBB to get offers from nearby dealers, yet right after I started the process, something came up and I needed to use the car for a few weeks. I'm sorry for your loss Ingrid. Report it to your local police department THEN report it to your car insurance agency. Pray. You could also ask to speak with the General Manager of your local Lexus dealership to see what their policies are on recognizing stolen cars, etc.
Definitely call Lexus. It's either somewhere you haven't looked or there is an adapter. Possibly a USB adapter that you can get
In addition to enhanced professional cleaning protocols we have taken the following steps: Installed hand sanitizers throughout our dealerships Conducting regular, extra disinfecting of all highly touched surfaces Any employee coming into contact with guests' vehicles will wear gloves All guests' vehicles will have plastic seat cover, steering wheel cover and paper floor mat installed Our employees that have recently traveled have been placed under 14 day minimum self-quarantine and will follow CDC guidelines before returning to the workplace

Hi Anthony! Our car wash is part of our service department, and the hours of operation are as follows: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and closed on Sundays.
