There's a male pharmacist who is extremely rude and he treats pain patients with a chip on his shoulder. He should not work with the public.

This is by far the worst CVS in Maine! Rude and incompetent employees! Stay clear!

I have been sick with a fever for the last 3 days. My mother scheduled me a covid test and I went with my older sister, her car broke down resulting in my mom picking us up to make the appointment. We were about 15 minutes late and due to the terrible automated phone system it took forever to talk to anyone. When we finally reached a person to ask if they could still fit us in. A woman on the phone responded yes and that we could come (15 minutes after the call). My mom being frustrated with the maze of automated voice messages told the employee that we would've called sooner, but the phone service wouldn't put us through. The lady cut her off and said "Our phones are fine", my mom responded "excuse me?" and then said "We were late due to our car breaking down and-" before being cut off and told "There's no reason to talk anymore we already have the appointment." Then hung up on. My mom was beyond furious but rather than screaming at the members of the pharmacy, she bit her tongue and got my test. I will never be going to this pharmacy again.
