Terrible customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever. I do mostly mail but my dr wanted me to start meds today. My appointment was 8am at 730p my prescription was not ready. Go to cash out at front cashier walks away try to use self service rings up wrong cashier -shakira was extremely rude. We all are working in understaffed businesses but there is no reason to be rude.

After many years of bad service it is time to move on from this store. If I could give them a zero for stars I would. Last evening after waiting on hold again for ten minutes then being hung up on was the last straw. Yup they picked up the call and just hung it up!! I guess since it was closing time and the pharmacy staff needed to run out the door. A call back and I got a store manager who watched the pharmacist walk out the door while I was on the phone with her looking to speak to pharmacy who just hung up on me!! I can't tell you how many times I have waited in the pharmacy line and the staff are being paged for a call but never pick up the phone. I get they are busy but a simple pick up of the call and asking person to hold is better then keeping customer in limbo for ten or more minutes is such poor customer service. THIS PHARMACY HAS ZERO CONCERN FOR PATIENT SAFETY AND CARE STAY AWAY.

The rudest people ever !!!! The sales staff is pretty nice but call in for a prescription and you’ll see what I mean !!! Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
