This locating gets pretty busy but once your being attended to your out of there fast. Techs are so nice. I would recommend getting an appointment though. They usually have same day appointments available.

They have no Organization, I checked in and agents were taking other guest that never checked in. I asked the manager what is happening because you sit and wait patiently and never get acknowledged.

I've been a customer with Verizon for years both usage of cell phones and the utilization of the bundle plan for over 20 years or more. Today my interaction with the sales staff (Thomas) was unacceptable and clearly disappointing. I only wanted to make sure that the charger was compatible with my phone. Fortunately, Melissa (manager) intervened and resolved my problem.

The store was pack the day I came in with my family. We was greater by a tall lady, blond hair. My wife and I just open a 5 line business account and was told that we have a credit limit of $5,000.00 we can spent but only at corporate location. Well want accessories and some how the wrong information was typed on the account. She didn't want to see look at wife ID because both names are on the account. When we told her we have to figure out what's going we handed back the accessories but she snatched them out of our hands. I'm a former Verizon employee and I have NEVER SEEN NOR HAVE I EVER HAVE DONE THIS TO A CUSTOMER. She was completely rude and disrespectful. Lucky I didn't get her name to report her Business Core. I will never go back to that store ever.
