I was very happy for my first time being here for a oil change. They were very friendly and helpful! I really like hank and dj they made my experience good and hank helped me out on my whipper blades! I give this a 10/10 And will definitely come back

I pulled up it was one customer in front of me after waiting 15 minutes the person in front of me still hadn't been waiting on the hood wasn't even up. I was never acknowledged the workers to be educated in that very interested in doing any work. And only one was working the other one was walking around even got his himself something to drink never offered any of the patrons or drink didn't even acknowledge that we were there. The customer service was awful they need to do better. As I pulled off he looked up and seems as if he was relieved that we were leaving I'm not sure what that was about but I feel like the employees need to be retrained or they need better employees

My experience was the most enjoyable experience I had. Well let me say the the staff at Take 5 Oil Change on Brook Rd are the Best. First the young man offer me a nice cold bottle of water on one of the hottest day we had here in Richmond, Va. Next my techs Eleni was the most sweet spoken person, to say I was surprised to see a lady as my techs was just that. Thanks Eleni and Take 5 for a job well done.
