Bill helped Me out with a wheel alignment. Another shop told me it was required so I went in and after doing the test they determined an alignment wasn’t required and gave me my keys back and I drove away. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and they didn’t charge me a thing. It would’ve been very easy to tell me they fixed my issue and take my card and I appreciated their honesty.

I ask "Why do you go to Chick-fil-A?" The answer is that their service and overall quality is better than other fast food industries while not being more expensive. I say this because VTA's business model like to be compared to that of a Chick-fil-A or Starbucks of the automotive service world. This is not the case at all. One of the biggest assets to a business is it's employees and VTA does not invest in technicians that help lift the expectations of a quality product in that of premium repairs done by premium technicians. You will find many misnomers on their website that will have your head shaking instantly. " We know our company thrives when our family members thrive. So we make investing in our associates a top priority." or "We provide the highest level of customer service, some of the lowest rates in the area.". Their add for needing quality technicians states that they have a rang in pay from $28 - $40/hr flat rate BASED ON EXPERIENCE and yet they just offered a$28/hr flat rate to someone with 24 years experience and more success in thriving automotive service than most of their current staff. Also, the exclamation of being "Better than dealership scheduled maintenance" and cheaper than most is a joke. If you take a survey of those shops around the store with in the competition, which industry wide is considered to be 5 miles, they are higher than even the dealership on basic services such as brake jobs and oil changes. So what are you truly getting from them is nothing like what they claim at all.

I've brought my car here a few times but would have gone more often if I knew before that they let you borrow a car for free. I think you have to be 25 and I am not sure if it is always free or it depends on your ticket. Recently I got a transmission leak fixed, cleaned up, and added more transmission fluid. So far so good!

Car didn't start right next door. They were able to walk over and jump my car. It was the battery. Instead of making me wait hours on end, they got me out in 20 minutes. They have a new manager who has nearly 30 years of experience or …Thank you for the kind words! We appreciate you and your business. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!
