They have raised rates three times in 3 years. There is no heat in the men's room during the winter time ever. If you question things you are treated poorly.

Absolutely the worst place in the area. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. No regard for the consumer and many hazarads in the weightroom, pool area, and basketball court. Their summer camp kids run rampant around the facility and are a nuisance. I hope they go out of business soon.

Sorry to post this. But this is so stressful . I was doing my exercise and this Amber is her name one of the trainer in this Athletics club. So dis respectful to me. I’ll tell you how! While I’m busy doing my exercise … she came to where I was and ask me to move different location because she wants to used the area where I’m at!!!! Like excuse me? I am using the area and why you have to kick me out? So I didn’t say anything because I was shocked to her attitude plus she gave me the looks. The looks like she’s mad at me for I have no idea what? Why she treated customer that way? Very rude to me . I believe we all wants to go to the gym to be fit and release our stress but not to give stress to other people right? Plus she works here @ orchard hills club. I am so sad about my experience in this area. To be fair to other good crew thank you . Plus this place was recommended to me from Waverley Oaks Athletic Club in Waltham where I used to be a member in this location for years .The manager told me that is is the good place to work out . I thought this is not until this experience I had. I never had this kind of experience in Waverly oaks club . People are so nice kind and friendly in Waverley . So so sad that I got treated like this in this area. She’s didn’t even know how to apologize for her actions. THIS IS A FITNESS CLUB NOT A STRESS CLUB. I DID NOT PAY TO GET STRESS OR BE TREATED LIKE THAT. WITHOUT APOLOGIZE ? People come to the gym to get fit and release the stress not to deal the stress of the Crew. This makes A bad look to this company . Plus one of the Manager ask me to not posting anything on the web just to be fair to AMBER? Omg! She’s out of her mind asking me and stoping my rights to complain. Too bad I forgot to ask her name the Manager … I think she introduce me that she’s the Manager of Amber . This give me anxiety and now I’m stress . She ask me to be fair to the crew not even asking me what happen ? Lol .
