I have been here for 13 years, this place is like being in jail…. we can’t have guests at the pool, if the office is closed, or whatever, but the people that work here can come and use the Pool, throw thr trash in our dumpsters, this place is a joke!! I cannot wait to get oug of here… No one wants to give me the number to cooperate!!! I woukdn’t recommend my worst enemy renting here… the places are a dump, Ramblewood hired peopl to come in my home to pull the rugs up and put planking down, half of my brand new furniture was ruined… Glass end tables shattered, and didn’t want to deal with it, so they gave me the number to the people that did the hib. but i feel Ramblewood shoukd also be responsible.. This happened in April, and nothi g is fixed or replaced

A very nice community, very quiet, clean and respectful, I am especially thankful for Christene,the property manager who is amazing. She goes above and beyond and always makes sure you are feeling welcomed. She makes things easier and I couldn't be happier to have her as my property manager.

Hi there Mr. Brewster! We do not require a last month's rent payment at move-in. We do require a first month's rent payment and a security deposit equal to or half of one month's rent (based on credit). In the spirit of transparency, there is one additional cost: a key change fee of $135. We also require a $300 rent payment to hold an apartment. This is a part of the previously-mentioned first month's rent though, so it's not a separate fee or anything. It is just a sort of down-payment on the first month's rent before moving in. But that's all of it! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Thanks for asking Jessie! Our community was actually built in 1986, which is after the lead paint law's requirements. This means that a lead certificate is not required and therefore we technically do not have one because we don't need one. We look forward to helping you find your perfect apartment with us!
They are pet friendly now but you have to have your doctor sign a piece of paper saying he's your caregiver or something like that service animal is what it is
