I was working with Sasha Neman on prearranging funeral for my brother, who was very sick and lived in Germany. His wish was to be berried in US with his family. Sasha was working very professional and patient. She was available every time I called with questions. Two weeks ago my brother passed away and Sasha was working with a funeral home in Germany to transfer his body to US. Sasha was very compassion and respectful with me and my 94 years old mother who lost her son. Just wanted to thank Sasha for her excellent work.
