I have been to the office several times and have always had the best of care. Dr. Krause was amazing not only in what he did but also in his care and working with my immense anxiety. I was sedated( what a great anesthesiologist) for 2 procedures however the last one I was awake, he took his time and made sure I was comfortable. His nurse is great and even held my hand while I was getting the numbing shot. I have had a crazy amount of trouble with my insurance company and the staff ha helped me more than they know, and been patient and understanding even when I got crabby. On top of this, the office decoration is pretty cool. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of one woman answering the phones, she is dismissive and rude, She told me that my gums weren't healing over an implant in less than a week, didn't answer my questions, that I didn't need to come back to them and it was now on my dentist... even after I said thank you, she hung up the phone without a word. This isn't a one time thing with her, I have spoken to her several times and each time I am frustrated. I hate that there are such great people in the Amesbury office, from billing to amazing dr and nurse and everyone in between and then a not so friendly prison answering the phone. Thank you Dr Krause and staff.

I would not return to this office. The surgeon may be very good at what he does, but I never got the chance to find out. The desk staff are dishonest and rude. I waited a month and a half for an appointment for them to reschedule my appointment and tell me I had agreed to it. I scheduled an appointment and got multiple email and text reminders, including three days before the appointment. The day before I received a different email and text reminder that my appointment was in a few hours. When I called to ask the office someone said I had changed my appointment which I did not. I never agreed to change it and could not go that day as sedation requires nothing to eat and drink 8 hrs prior to the procedure. They said they no longer had my appointment available and couldn’t help me. The staff here were incredibly unprofessional. I dealt with the pain of a broken molar for 4 months while I waited for this office to help me. I had even called while waiting for my appointment in pain and they told me they couldn’t prescribe any antibiotics for me. Don’t waste your time here.

I came to North Boston Oral and Facial Surgery on January 18 of this year (2022) to have roots removed from my gums. The level of professionalism was top of the line, highest standard. The first person I encounter was the Dr’s assistant Debra. She immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. She explained everything so that I knew what was going to happen. Whe Dr. Blaeser came in He explained to me what he was going to do during the procedure. Both Dr. Blaeser and Debra were friendly and provided an atmosphere of safety and comfort. Professional, helpful, informative and friendly. I will come back and I will encourage others to come here. Skip Mullin

Dr Kruse and the staff made the wisdom teeth extraction process a safe and easier process than both my son and I expected. We were very satisfied with the professionalism and COVID precautions taken at this office. I highly recommend North Boston Oral and Facial Surgery.

Hi Cindy. Yes, we do. Thanks for your inquiry.

I heard that Botox can be used to help with life affecting TMJ. Is this procedure done at your facility? We have tried everything short of surgery and are hoping this is a helpful remedy. thank you

There are specific uses for Botox in the management of muscle related TMJ discomfort (extraarticular joint dysfunction). We do perform those procedures here. It does not help with intraarticular joint pain and dysfunction (within the joint). Your surgeon would need to evaluate you to determine which dysfunction you have specifically and whether Botox is an option for treatment.
