Parking situation is terrible. Very hard to find a spot. I had to walk from the public lot a couple streets over. Wish the staff would manage it better.

At first impression the secretary who opened the door was not friendly at all. I was told to go into this room where I was seen by a guy who I've seen last year. He did the 5 minute eye exam, billed my insurance and told me that I had to go somewhere else to get my glasses. What is the sense of going to one place for an eye exam and then have to go to some other place to get glasses. This is there new policy. Between there attitude and services Appleton Eye Association is not the place to go. Plus the prices of there glasses, paying out of pocket is outrageous!
