If I could rate zero and leave this review I would. This veterinarian has done nothing but nickel and dime my family since I was 12 years old and we got our first dog. My cat was diagnosed by Dr. Marchell in February of 2022 and now he won’t fill his medication because I sought a second and third opinion. Between this and another veterinarian , same tests - different opinions ; we have spent almost 2k. This veterinarian, Dr. Marchell who diagnosed my cat and originally put him on medication will now not fill my cats life saving medication because he claims to have no client patient relationship. He was last seen in February. It’s August. We sought differing opinions and I kept in touch and sent the test results. He was last seen on May 10 by someone else. Is that the problem? We used capitalism and sought competitive prices? His HOCM with thickening of the left ventricle wall and mis shaped mitral valve that regurgitates blood back into his heart is not getting better. It’s a chronic condition. We got more tests, we wanted more answers. He has thyroid done, and everything else. This doctor wants more. Wants another office visit. More $$ more. More, more $$$$ these people are predators.

Sorry, I do not. Did you check with the SPCA in Methuen?

Does anyone do house calls at your location? I have a 16 yr old cat that has been dealing with kidney problems and has really gone down hill the past few days, HATES the vet so can someone come to the house and put him to sleep?

Lisa, sorry your cat is so sick. We do house calls on rare occasions for established clients. We can dispense medication to decrease stress and anxiety so the trip is less stressful. Would that help?

Can I pay a vet to home euthanize my dog? Scared too much to get in her truck. Maybe the ramp. I didn't care for the Pet Smart attitude. Mike

Hi Mike, Sorry your dog is not doing well. We offer house calls but to our regular clients only. Can I offer a medication that you can give your dog at home that might help decrease anxiety and make it easier to get her to the hospital? Dr. Wojcicki
