Was pretty disappointed; I was looking forward to having a small well rated business take a look at my iphone as it has a 'numb spot.' Requested an appointment through the website and was confirmed in a automatic follow-up email. It was set for 10am on a Sunday. Showed up and there was no-one there, the phone was off, and the messages were full. The hours indicated on Yelp indicated that it should be open, as well as Google, but not Google Maps... no hours physically posted on the store-front. I sent an email while I stood outside for 20 minutes now as a last ditch attempt; no response. Booked an appointment with a competitor in the neighborhood over. Pretty lousy that I'm giving a one-star but there's no transparency for the business hours and there needs to be better acccointability for business hours and communication. I'm also feeling pretty salty that on the morning of my day off this week I stood in the rain waiting for a misleading booked reservation.
