Thank you BELD for such a quick response!! Kevin and big bucket truck showed up within an hour of my call that 1/2 power was out in house. .. trouble was at at pole to house. Thrilled with everything done so fast. Best customer service response ever!!

I love BELD. I only have electric service so I can’t speak to internet or cable. There was a big storm this week and we had a couple of small power losses but kept power for 99.99% of the time. Lots of other providers who have lots of outages. Reliability in the 20 years I have been here has been outstanding. Never had a billing issue.

I just moved to Braintree me and my girlfriend and we have a one-year-old in the electric is in the landlord's name and they are going to shut the electric off they said they will not put the electric in my girlfriend's name because they need to speak to the landlord and my landlord has left them plenty of messages saying that we live here but that is not good enough so they just want to turn the electric off on us and our one year old baby over not talking to my landlord this is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with inconsiderate and rude people

Hello Joanne, Yes we do offer senior discounts. When you reach the age of 65 you are qualified for BELD's senior discount. Just call our customer service department 781.348.BELD (2353) and we can help you apply for the discount.
