I‘ve been traveling around the world for work and I’ve stayed in quite a lot of hotels. This one is really unique. I stayed in this hotel for two nights. Fairly speaking, the room is quite big. It also has a big fridge, a stove and a dish washer. More like an apartment. However, the service is a big issue. The room doesn’t look clean. A lot of things seem lack of maintenance. What’s the worst was the first night I called the guest service asking for an extra blanket/comforter for my kids. I called multiple times and no one answered. Eventually someone picked up the phone at around 11:30pm. But after I asked for the extra blanket,she said there is no extra blanket and everyone in the hotel was exhausted so they cannot provide the blanket?????????? Excuse me??????? This was the first time I heard things like that from a hotel “guest service”. The next morning I called again and someone picked up the phone quickly and promised to provide the extra blanket soon. So I thought finally the problem was solved and I just went out for a day. But when I came back to the room during the night, NO BLANKET!!! I called again and Nobody answered the phone, AGAIN.

Stayed for consecutive months in another location. This has absolutely nothing to do with the experience I had prior. Staff not engaged , no care in the world when I called the desk to inform them i de-clogged the shower drain and needed towels. Said it would be in the morning and hung up on me. I'm a pretty easy going and forgiving client. But nothing better than being stuck at midnight cleaning up shower drains and being out of towels after a full day on the go. And the AC unit sounds like a DC-3..

Great hotel option for a multi-night stay! Liked having a kitchen in my room. The couch was a touch ratty-looking (bits of fibre sticking out along the edges in particular), there was a sticky spot on the carpet near the bar/island that my sock kept finding, and the bed wasn't as comfortable as my own at home, but none of these were deal-breakers for me. Overall the room felt clean, and I felt comfortable there. The breakfast was alright -- was able to find something I could eat each morning. The French toast sticks were mostly hard on the first morning, but I did get there later in the breakfast hours so that could've played a part.

Place was nice and staff friendly. I had an issue in my room, when showering the drain didn’t drain properly, the water rose above the tray, and through the shower door and flooded my bathroom pretty badly. I soaked up as much as I could with towels. When leaving for work, I spoke directly to the manager. Shared that I would like it cleaned up, maintenance to fix drain, etc. When I arrived back to my room 13 hours later, still not cleaned up. I called the front desk, the gal I spoke to was lovely, apologized and brought me fresh towels. Told me that she would leave note for manager and I should chat with him in morning. Well, he wasn’t there, so they took my info and shared he would call me and adjust my bill for the inconvenience. Well it’s been a week and I’m still waiting. Would not recommend staying for this reason. Poor follow up, especially for a lifetime platinum member.
