Excellent experience!! We chose Busby Estate Liquidation & Realty Services to handle the sale of my spouse's mother's home. He had assisted family friends with the sale of their home and with the liquidation of their assets. Their praise of Chad's handling of the entire process made it an easy decision for us when it came time to choose a realtor for our sale. Since we lived over 2 hours away, we had several concerns about tackling this project remotely. Chad put our minds at ease about the process, had the house listed within a day of our signing the listing contract, and presented us with several outstanding offers on the first day. In fact, there were so many offers that we were struggling to sort them all out. No problem...Chad created a spreadsheet comparing the details of each offer that made selecting which offer to accept very easy. From offer acceptance to closing was less than 30 days, and Chad took care of all house access required on the buyer's side. One of the greatest advantages of going with Chad is the estate liquidation side of his services. We didn't have to worry about clearing out the remaining items in the house. Busby Estate Liquidation & Realty Services took care of that for us too. Truly a full service solution for selling your home!

In the summer of 2021 we contracted Busby Services to handle a family member's estate liquidation and sale of the property. The experience exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of antiques and gold and silver jewelry was impressive and we also needed to sell the Homestead. Chad took care of everything for the Estate Sale including finding a buyer for the property at a great competitive price as he is also a licensed Florida Realtor. If you need a company to do both your Estate Sale and Home Sale make sure to check out this company. They took care of everything for us including all cleanup and home sale preparations Once they took over instead of staying months in another state where our family member's home was we were free to return to our own home and resume normal lives months earlier while they handled everything. I highly recommend this company and am giving it a 5 star rating

In April of 2019 I contracted Busby Services to handle a family member's estate liquidation and sale of property. The experience was outstanding! The knowledge of antiques, glass and china, and professionalism of Chad Busby and his team made for a positive liquidation. He also found a buyer for the property quickly. By packaging both the estate sale and the real estate sale, I was given a good discount in the fees for both. I would recommend this company to anyone with a need of this service.

Every estate sale is different, but a popular way to prepare for an estate liquidation is to determine what you want to keep, and then organize the rest of your belongings into four piles: 1. Piles of things you want to keep 2. Things you might give away 3. Things you might sell 4. Trash or donate
One of the best ways to sell estate items is to hold an estate sale. This can be a great way to get rid of a lot of items at once and often results in good prices for the items that are sold. Another option is to donate the items to a charity or sell them online. Contact Busby Estate Luidation & Realty Services if you need additional guidance. In most cases, will we buyout you entire estate.
Estate liquidators are responsible for handling the financial affairs of an estate. This includes sorting through and valuing the assets of the estate, paying off debts, and distributing the remaining funds to the beneficiaries. Liquidators must have knowledge of a wide range of financial topics, including tax laws, investment strategies, and estate planning. They also need to be able to effectively communicate with people who are going through a difficult time.
To liquidate a home means to sell it. This may be done because the owner needs to raise cash quickly, or because the mortgage is in default and the lender is forcing a sale. In some cases, a homeowner may choose to liquidate their home even if they can afford to keep it, in order to take advantage of falling prices in the market.

Not every estate sale requires the help of professionals. However, you should seek professional help with your estate sale if it meets any of the following criteria: high end and rare antiques and collectibles are present, there is a large overall volume of items to be sold, it is a high net worth estate, or family/personal representatives of the estate are located out of state or are too busy to oversee the sale.
Our end-to-end estate liquidation process includes handling the following: evaluation of fine and rare antiques and collectibles, sale of residential/commercial real estate, investment properties, cars, and boats, as well as liquidation of household contents, business, and office equipment.
Holding estate sales are not always the best way for our clients to liquidate an estate. That’s where we come in as direct buyers, searching for high-end items in the following categories: gold and silver pieces, coins, jewelry, antiques, and collectible items.
Yes we do! There are some really exceptional pieces of costume jewelry out there, and we have expertise in both fine and costume jewelry. Not every collection will have some of these high dollar or rare pieces, but it is definitely in your best interest to have someone (like us) evaluate the collection that is knowledgeable in both fine and costume jewelry.
