I love the variety in the store but I have to say that the quality of their curbside pickup could be improved. I ordered two pillow shams and one of them was opened, had a yellowish tinge, and the material was pilling. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that it was much smaller compared to the size I ordered but the wrapping label had the correct dimensions. My guess is that it was most likely a display item that was sold to me at full price. It was just a sloppy job... I called the store for help but they just advised me to order new ones online and to return the defective one. No compensation was offered and I would have really appreciate it considering all the trouble I was put through. On a side note, I was just at the Crate and Barrel in Santana Row and I noticed that the Stanford location had a bunch of the same items NOT marked on clearance. I had to ask for a price match using the prices posted online. It's unfortunate that the customer has to be the one to initiate this...
