We have been coming to Zareen's Palo Alto location for quite some time. Mostly we do more of take out food from here than sitting there & having it. I still remember the first time we went to eat when we heard about it ...we were blown away with the food especially their Plain Naan bread it's so soft & light .... Just couldn't compare any restaurant food coming close to it!! We have tried their weekend breakfast in our past visit which again was fantastic my advice is to have the breakfast there nothing in this world beats the pipping hot puris.... Halwa Puri - Weekend Brunch Only Potato sabzi with gravy , Cholay (Chickpea), sweet Semolina Halwa, 2 crispy Puri's. Masala Omelet with kabab of your choice 3 egg masala omelet and home-made whole wheat paratha, served with a two aloo (potato) tikki. or chicken shami & aloo (potato) tikki. We have also tried various other dishes in our past visit & loved everything here is the list - Palak Methi Ghost ( spinach & fenugreek leaves with lamb), Lamb Ghost (lamb stew), Chicken Tikka Masala, Palak Methi Paneer, Chicken Shami Kabab, aloo tikki, Grilled Chicken Boti Kabab,Gola Kabab, Beef Chaapli Kabab, Chicken Memoni samosas ( it's not ur regular samosas it's very small) we enjoy all of the above listed items. This time (on Friday late afternoon) we ordered online for pick up - Student Chicken Biryani (available only on Friday) Chicken Tikka Masala from Thali substituted rice with their plain Naan bread . Chicken memoni samosas 1 extra Plain Naan bread. Pickup was quick since it was ready by the time I reached. Everything was excellent had leftovers for next day too ... Can't wait to try their Redwood location next time.

Delicious Pakistani and Indian dishes! This place was bustling and while the indoor seating was small, there was plenty of seating outside. This area looks like it was modified for COVID to allow for outdoor dining. Benches were positioned under gazebo structures with fans. Great little spot to eat outside. We ordered Chicken Tikki Masala and Beef Chabil Kabab Sizzler. Also ordered their famous Chai tea which was delicious. Nice gem in the Palo Alto area.

Zareen’s is easily my new go-to Indian place. Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was really fast. You order at a counter and they bring food out to you when it’s ready. Seating is limited but they have both indoor and outdoor available. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

We went for Friday lunch. The place was fairly occupied. It's a street full of restaurants. I tried the Indian style grilled chicken sizzler. The chicken was soft and succulent, great flavors. Must try option. The quantity is enough for 2 people. The paneer wrap tasted well too but it was bit small. They also have $1 tea available, nice cardamom taste. Will go back again to try other items.

Outdoor dining is now open, with sky-open tables and those under a large tent. Ordering is inside, requiring masks and social distancing, or online as we previously had. It's as good as anywhere.

You'd have to call the restaurant. Typically, it's first come, first serve for food and tables. They dont take reservations.
