Rude old man in the window attending customers in the late drive thru. I got off from hospital work and trying to order food through drive thru @ 1:20am. I was calling for somebody several times that I'm ready to order but there was no answer, nobody attended nor responded to my call so I moved my car forward to the window to order but he replied to me rudely. He was raising his voice on me saying that I cannot order through the window but I explained to him that I was calling for a long time. My goodness, there were only two cars this late night and he couldn't accommodate getting my order since there was probably a big problem to his headset. I'm a nurse and I just finished my shift and quite hungry, and this was all I got, a rude response from an older male person through the window. Instead, he wanted me to go around and go back to order through the menu board. Honestly, I lost my interest in buying food in this branch at late night. I head out home and just prepared food to eat.
