Traveling through and wanted a coffee. However the woman in the drive through did not understand English. Wanted to know if Vanilla was a creamer option and the did not understand. Do not go here if you speak English they don't.

I have ordered in that location's drive thru literally dozens of times and never had any communications problems. But if I or a companion want a designer coffee, I prefer the nearby Peet's or the neighborhood Starbucks. I don't believe that Jack's keeps a stash of vanilla beans in their walk-in and I doubt they stock cream or even half and half to cater to special orders. Your milage may vary.
