Horrible customer service. Tried to get a new phone for my 83 year old dad who is in a nursing home. I am not on his account and when I needed my questions answered were not helpful. Was actually rude. Too lazy to do their job. I feel bad for any senior citizen who needs help. They wanted me to bring him in even though he can't walk. As long as they are getting their paycheck that is all that matters.
