This place was great when I signed up, until they started going through multiple general managers and trainers. The manager signed my friend up for a 3 year contract instead of a one year contract. The personal trainers had no stability and you could never get an appointment scheduled. The tanning beds were hardly ever open. When I went to signed my cancelation notice, the manager became very rude and extremely unprofessional. I never felt comfortable being there as a female and recommend anyone going there! The gym memberships are much cheaper at the YMCA!

Don't get a membership here!! unless you want ripped off. I sighed up for a 3 month was told it would be done after 3 months there was nothing further that needed to be done. At Anytime, we strive to provide the best possible workout experience, even when a member is on their way out the door. We changed our telephone number a couple of months ago due to a provider issue, and I know there has been some issues. I will get this information to our manager and executive team to test the phone systems and verify your account is squared away and hopefully remedy this situation so that it does not happen again. My husband and I got a membership back in September of 2020. We signed up for a year. And on our paperwork they had us down for 3. We've tried multiple times to cancel because we don't use the membership. They basically told us "no and if …Hi Sami - we're sorry to hear you feel you were mistreated and not communicated with honestly in your initial signup. Our contracts are literally written in black and white, and we ask that all members read them thoroughly before signing as it is legally binding. We send copies immediately after and include a 24 hour grace period so that if someone has regrets the next day or doesn't fully understand what they are signing, they are able to come back in and get that resolved before it takes affect. From the consumer complaint your filed with the AG, I can see you're claiming we're charging you for 4 years. However, your contract explictly states 3 years. At this time, we will communicate directly with the AG and go from here. We wish you well in your health and fitness journey.
